Swedish Relaxation Massage

Also known as Classic Massage, a popular technique focused on muscle relaxation & tension relief.

Using long, gliding strokes, kneading, & stretches, Swedish Massage aims to improve circulation, increase flexibility, & promote overall relaxation & well-being. Gentle pressure & specific strokes soothe sore muscles, reduce stress.

60 Min: $80 cash / 90 Min: $110 cash; Many insurance plans accepted.

Hot Stone Treatment

A profoundly soothing, healing, & tranquil experience.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy enhances traditional Swedish Massage techniques, providing an even deeper level of relief through the use of heated basalt stones. Hot Stone Treatments begin with full-body Dry Brushing, stimulating circulation & exfoliating your skin. Warmed oil & Hot Stones penetrate deeply into cooler muscles, promoting relaxation & releasing excess tension more quickly than hands alone. It allows for more effective manipulation with less pressure, soothes muscles, & increases flexibility & range of motion.

60 Min. $90 cash / 90Min. $140cash

Deep Tissue/Injury Treatment

This form of Massage Therapy includes specific techniques such as: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger/Tender Point Therapy, & Myofascial Release to accelerate the healing process by improving circulation, reducing muscular inflammation, & breaking down scar tissue. It helps relieve pain, increases flexibility, & supports recovery for various injuries, including muscle strains, ligament sprains, & post-surgical recovery. It is a valuable part of a comprehensive rehabilitation plan; I communicate with clients’ other Healthcare Providers as needed/requested.

60 Min: $80 cash / 90 Min: $110 cash; some insurance accepted.

First-party Motor Vehicle Accident insurance plans are also accepted & billed in-house.

Paraffin Wax Bath

A type of Thermotherapy, Paraffin Wax Dips feel incredibly warm, comforting, & relaxing. Warmed wax dips deeply soothe sore muscles & joints while simultaneously softening & hydrating the skin. The sensation is often described as a warm, "enveloping hug" for the treated areas. After the treatment, skin feels velvety-smooth, soft, & deeply moisturized. They are particularly beneficial for dry or cracked skin, restoring elasticity & leaving skin feeling soft & supple. Paraffin wax baths are often recommended for various medical & surgical hand problems & may be recommended by your hand specialist, as they provide temporary relief from the symptoms of fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, & other conditions.

Swedish Dry Brushing

A Scandinavian ritual for thousands of years, Dry brushing stimulates circulation, detoxifies your skin, & boosts energy levels.

It is recognized not only for its tremendous exfoliating effects but also for the added boost it gives the immune system

by helping rid the body of toxins. Using a natural-bristle brush to exfoliate, clean the skin & stimulate the lymphatic system,

this ancient ritual results in healthy glowing skin.

Dry Brushing helps you become familiar with

& in tune with the parts of your body that may not have received regular attention.

In a world filled with complex wellness trends, Dry Brushing stands out for its simplicity & profound impact.
