Swedish Relaxation Massage
Using long, gliding strokes, kneading, & stretches, Swedish Massage aims to improve circulation, increase flexibility, & promote overall relaxation & well-being. Hot Basalt Stones are often incorporated, as are various hot packs.
Deep Tissue/Injury Treatment
Including techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger/Tender Point Therapy, & Myofascial Release, I aim to accelerate the healing process by improving circulation, reducing inflammation, decreasing pain, and increasing flexibility. it is a valuable part of a comprehensive rehabilitation plan, and I enjoy communicating with
clients’ other Healthcare Providers as needed/requested.
